The name ‘Siete Fuegos’ (‘seven fires’) describes Mallmann’s famous philosophy of open-flame cooking, inspired by Argentine gauchos and refined through hundreds of years of history.
Gallop through vineyards into the rugged countryside, guided by Argentine gauchos. Relax in the sun, take a dip in the 100 square metre infinity pool, unwind in the hot tub or rejuvenate at the spa.
