Napo Wildlife Centre

Yasuni National Park, Ecuador

Explore one of the world's wildest places

The Napo Wildlife Centre is located on the banks of the Anangucocha Lake, within the unique and ancestral territory of the Kitchwa Anangu local Community, in the heart of the Yasuni National Park. After a 2-hour motorized canoe trip down the Napo River you transfer to paddled canoes for the remaining journey to reach the lodge.

There are sixteen spacious and airy cabanas which provide all the necessary comforts for a jungle adventure including private bathrooms, mosquito nets, ceiling fans and private balconies with views of the lake and surrounds. The main lodge is the central hub where guests come to relax in the social areas which include a fully-stocked bar, library, reading lounge and restaurant where meals are served and a  20-foot high observation tower that provides incredible 360° views of the surrounding jungle and wildlife.

On guided jungle activities you will walk a variety of trails, visit the local Kichwa Anangu community, view the parrot clay licks and climb a 130-foot high observation tower to view birds, monkeys and reptiles from the canopy tops. The Añangu community has been recognized worldwide for its effort to preserving the flora and fauna found in this region declared by UNESCO a biosphere reserve.

Napo Wildlife Centre is a real paradise for nature lovers, eco-travelers and adventure seekers who want an authentic jungle experience.
