Hemingway’s Nairobi is a 40-minute drive from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and just 20 minutes from Wilson Airport which is used for light-aircraft. Situated in the suburb of Karen, it is surrounded by the thriving community of this bustling little village.
While staying at Hemingway’s Nairobi you’re near the National Park which stretches into the Great Rift Valley. Nearby, you’ll also find the Giraffe Centre, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for orphan Elephants, and Karen Blixen Museum. There are several boutiques in the area for shopping, but you may also wish to venture into the thrum of the city to see how this hub of East Africa operates.
