The Residence, where the main living and dining rooms are located, offers a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can socialise with other guests and share your experiences over a glass of wine. The evening meals served give you the opportunity to enjoy exquisite dishes created with local Chilean produce including organic vegetables and herbs from the hotels own garden.
Your days here will be spent touring the local wineries, horse-back riding, hiking, or perhaps relaxing by the infinity pool after a massage. It is also, of course, a great place to learn about the wines of the region including world-renowned Clos Apalta.
