Lion Sands Ivory Lodge is located in the Southern Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, arguably Africa’s most pristine Big Five territory. Lion Sands is the only Reserve in South Africa to offer a safari in both the Sabie and Sand River ecosystems.
Each suite is operated as a private Villa, which makes for a glorious escape from reality. The six luxurious suites offer exquisite simplistic style surrounded by untamed African bush. Each suite includes a private rim flow pool, beautifully appointed large bedroom and lounge and a river-facing deck. Ivory Lodge’s cuisine would hold its own against that of any Michelin-starred restaurant and meals can be enjoyed on the mahogany deck of the main lodge overlooking the Sabie River, at the leadwood-lined boma, or you can choose to dine in the privacy of your suite.
