Set in the northern Timbavati Private Game Reserve, Simbavati River Lodge offers 12 000ha of wildlife-rich wilderness to explore.
Relax in the spacious lounge or on the extensive decks which provide lovely views of the Nhlaralumi River, a place where regular wildlife sightings are recorded.
Accommodation at Simbavati River Lodge is made up of eight Luxury Safari Tents and three Family Chalets that are all beautifully furnished with eco-friendly furniture, air conditioning and en suite facilities. After a game drive guests can relax by the pool and cool off.
Simbavati River Lodge offers game drives in the early morning and evening to ensure game viewing when the animals are most active. Game drives are conducted by experienced rangers and Shangaan trackers in open 4X4 vehicles, with excellent photographic opportunities.
