From Sangha explore the surrounding ancient forests with its majestic waterfalls and abundant birdlife, gently glide down the Sangha and Yobe Rivers by boat, enjoy gorilla trekking and iconic game viewing at the Dzanga Bai – a unique forest clearing where anywhere between 40 and 150 forest elephants can be gathered at any one time, you may even spot the elusive Bongo. Dance the night away with the local Ba’aka people or learn about the research and rehabilitation of pangolins at the Pangolin Research Project… the list goes on.
The seven well-appointed bungalows, five of which have their own en-suite bathrooms but all of which have hot and cold running water and flush-loos, provide you with a comfortable stay in untouched forest wilderness.
