The Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Hotel is located just steps from Ipanema Beach, in Copacabana district, and under the majestic gaze of Sugar Loaf Mountain.
This luxury hotel is an oasis – inspired by the 1950s glamour carioca and features 10 rooms which have a balcony as well as Gold rooms offering a private lounge and exclusive services. Rooms are decorated with tones of blue, inspired by the bright blue Copacabana sea out front.
Onsite there are two swimming pools, a fitness centre, sauna, spa restaurant, bars and meeting rooms. On the doorstep are antique fairs and plenty of leisure options such as surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Of note is the ‘hippie fair’ which takes place every Sunday and where you can find typical Brazilian products.
