Cirqa's foyer is a contemporary take on a historical design

Cirqa

Arequipa, Peru

Parador en Arequipa

Cirqa is located in the old city of Arequipa – the city founded in 1540 being the same year that the building on which the property lies, was built. Cirqa’s latest big constructional changes date from 1883 – immediately the traveller can sense stepping into history upon arrival, while being amazed at the architectural interiors,  partly made of volcanic sillar rock.

The name Cirqa with a ‘q’ is given to the property to allude its connotation with a strong connection to the city’s heritage, history and traditions.

Part of the Relais and Chateaux group, guests can expect high-quality service, rest in one of the 11 rooms, fine cuisine, and a myriad of excursions on offer for those who wish to head out to explore Arequipa itself, in the heart of Peru’s Southern circuit. Perhaps walk about the cobblestone streets, explore the valleys and altiplano, or simply sit back and sample homegrown dishes in the several eating areas on site.

Cirqa – a place of rest, fine cuisine and a heritage seeker’s delight.
