Eolo is a rustic lodge in the windswept La Anita valley located on an estate that stretches over 4,000 hectares. Near El Calafate and en-route to the Perito Moreno glacier, it is well located but sufficiently remote that nothing disturbs the tranquility.
The lodge is an exclusive hideaway with just 17 suites arranged around a central courtyard. Interiors take inspiration from the early estancias, whose owners brought antiques from their houses in the old country and mixed them with more rustic, locally built furniture. The whole lodge is designed with warm minimalism and impeccable taste, matched by perfect personalized service from the staff.
Huge space inside reflects the infinite space outside, with windows framing unparalleled views of the valley rimmed by grand mountains. The main living room is the heart of the lodge, with the wide windows and deep couches, as well as books and maps. The restaurant has a wonderful view of Lago Argentino and dining is a gourmet affair.
A library, handicraft room, film and video room, sauna and indoor heated pool are all yours to use at leisure and massages are available. Set off on foot to explore unspoiled nature, relax and savor delicious cuisine while taking in the incredible views of glaciers, the largest lake in Argentina and the Andes Mountains.
