Rajmahal Palace

Jaipur, India

Jaipur Colour

Rajmahal Palace is located in the center of Rajasthan’s bustling ’Pink City’, Jaipur. It is one of the oldest and most treasured properties belonging to the Royal Family and is the oldest Palace in Jaipur. Over the years this Palace has hosted Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth & the Duke of Edinburgh as well as Jackie Kennedy, Lord & Lady Mountbatten among others.

All of the 30 suites have been redesigned by Adil Ahmad, of Charbagh GoodEarth, one of India’s most modish decorators with vigorous flair, meaning his love of hot pink and turquoise too all with bold patterns and detailing.

There are a number of dining options available, The Collonade for informal dinning, 51 Shades of Pink for breakfast and lunch only, The Orient Occident for grand dining and The Polo Bar where you can enjoy a gin & tonic surrounded by the original silver polo trophies of The Maharaja of Jaipur and old team photographs.

The gardens are delightful: lawns and formal sections skirted by worn old shell-pink walls and stone balustrades around a swimming pool, with palms and an abundance of subtropical flowers.

Rajmahal Palace hotel is the latest addition to the Sujan Luxury Hotel group and it will certainly not disappoint.
