Perched high above a range of remote hills overlooking the vastness of Lake Kariba, Bumi Hills Safari Lodge is the ultimate place to escape from reality. From bar to dining to room the lodge provides guests with completely uninterrupted views of the endless blue waters of the lake and the extensive wildlife who congregate at its edge.
The lodge has a total of 10 standard rooms and 14 premium rooms, all of which are nestled high up in the mountains with their own en-suite bathrooms and a balcony or veranda for you to enjoy the breathtaking vistas and shows of light coming from the sky and ground below you. If you choose to sit back and simply relax at the lodge for the day you will still have plenty of activities to choose from such as taking a dip in the infinity swimming pool, having a drink or two at the terrace cocktail bar, or indulging in one of the many spa treatments offered at the Bumi Hills Wellness Spa.
Lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo are just a handful of species that you are likely to see during your stay at Bumi Hills Safari Lodge. If the game life isn’t enough to entice you then there is still plenty of other activities to choose from – why not cruise the lake in your own private boat or perhaps try your hand at catching a tiger fish?
