Relax in the swing on the lookout for passing game at Tafika Camp

Tafika

South Luangwa, Zambia

True wild adventure

Tafika Camp, situated on the Luangwa River just outside the Nsefu Sector of the South Luangwa National Park, is the base camp for the Coppinger Family and their safari outfit, Remote Africa Safaris.

This intimate camp has six comfortable and spacious en-suite chalets, with their own outdoor showers, and is dwarfed beneath giant lead wood trees with views up and down the length of the river. The area also boasts some of the finest leopard viewing in Zambia.

The area has exceptional game viewing and this combined with exciting activities offered by the Coppingers such as mountain bike safaris through the bush, nature walks along the river banks and visits to the local Mkasanga Village makes for an impressionable Luangwa Valley experience.

The leopard-sighting opportunities combined with the unusual and exhilarating safari activities, and the camp’s family-friendly atmosphere, makes Tafika Camp the perfect first stop in any Zambian adventure.
