Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge borders the south western corner of Bwindi National Park and is situated at 2,100m with a sweeping panoramic view of the magnificent Virunga Volcanoes and the Great Rift Valley.
The lodge has 8 volcanic stone cottages. The individual cottages have a private patio, garden and lounge with a double sided fireplace and feature the work of one of Uganda’s most respected artists. The main lodge offers soaring ceilings, exposed wooden beams and large picture windows with endless views of treetops, volcanoes and mountains. Delicious meals and a well-stocked bar are enjoyed as you share adventures around the fire with your fellow guests.
Surrounded by the Virunga Volcanoes, Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge offers guests an unrivalled location for their gorilla tracking experience. At the end of a day’s tracking indulge in a massage, appreciate the wonderful birdlife or relax by a crackling fire and enjoy the spectacular setting.
